Christopher P. Campbell, PT, DPT, STC, CSCS
Dr. Christopher Campbell is a New Hampshire licensed physical therapist and the owner of Sport & Spine Physical Therapy.
Dr. Campbell graduated with a B.S. in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 1993. He then went on to receive his Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of St. Augustine in 2005. Dr. Campbell has also attained several other credentials including Certified Sports Therapist (STC) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). In addition, Dr. Campbell has received training under several of the top clinicians in the country in specialty areas including spinal manipulation, manual therapy, and sports specific rehabilitation. Dr. Campbell has been practicing exclusively in the field of orthopedics for the past 18 years and he looks forward to working with you to achieve your rehabilitation goals.
Heath Pelletier, ATC, PTA
Heath is a New Hampshire registered Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) as well as a Certified and New Hampshire licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC) and he has 13 years of experience. Heath received his Associates Degree in Health Science/Physical Therapist Assistant from Hesser College in 1998, and he went on to earn a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology/Athletic Training from the University of New Hampshire in 2001. While in attendance at UNH, Heath worked extensively with the men's ice hockey team, as well as the women’s gymnastics and crew team. Before his arrival at Sport and Spine Physical Therapy, Heath was the head athletic trainer at Spaulding High School.
Karen Goldberg, PT
Karen is a New Hampshire licensed Physical Therapist. She has been practicing physical therapy for 13 years. Karen graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy in 1992. She has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, long-term rehabilitation, and home health with an emphasis on orthopedics for over 9 years, giving her a good understanding of the continuum of care. She has continued her education by taking numerous courses focusing on treatment of the spine, manual therapy, and core stabilization. At her previous employment in Monterey, CA she developed and taught both neck and back land based and aquatic classes. She strongly believes that patient education is the key to empowering patients to become active and successful participants in their own healing.
Ben Frost, PTA
Ben is a New Hampshire and Maine registered Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Ben graduated in the Spring of 2008 from North Shore Community College (NSCC) with an Associate of Science Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). He graduated with high honors, Phi Theta Kappa. Ben is an ongoing member of the NSCC Physical Therapist Assistant Advisory Board, a position appointed to him by the faculty of his school. Ben has pursued a physical therapy profession to help empower people to achieve their goals for rehabilitation and he looks forward to working with you.
David Lashure, DPT
Dr. David Lashure is a New Hampshire licensed Physical Therapist with 4 years of experience. Dr. Lashure graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science. During college Dr. Lashure competed in taekwondo with the UB club team. Dr. Lashure then worked as a Personal Trainer and a Boxing/Martial Arts Instructor for 6 years in Buffalo, NY in order to put himself through Physical Therapy school. Dr. Lashure earned his Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2007 from SUNY Buffalo. Dr. Lashure worked for 1 year in Ithaca, NY before moving to Chicago. Dr. Lashure then spent 3 years at the Spine and Sport Rehab Center at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. During his 4 years of orthopedic work, Dr. Lashure received advanced training in mechanical diagnosis and therapy, kinetic chain evaluation, pain mechanisms and treatment of dizziness.
He and his wife moved to the NH Seacoast in the summer of 2011 to be closer to their family as well as to take advantage of the excellent hiking and fishing opportunities in this area. Dr. Lashure looks forward to the opportunity to work with you and assist you with your rehabilitation goals. David joined Sport & Spine Physical Therapy in the summer of 2011.
